Pros: You can create a Recovery CD and use it when necessary.

Cons: It takes long times to recovery the system or create the CD.

I like the program (I'm an Acer user) and I think it's the best recovery software

The fact that the software doesn't let you use an external HDD instead of CDRs and DVD-Rs makes it essentially useless. Uninstall it.
